How long does it take to set up BidMarX for my team?
Most teams are sending estimates within their first day. You start by building your first template from scratch or from one of our prebuilt templates, invite your team members, and you're ready to go. There's no lengthy onboarding or implementation - just sign up and start estimating.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan to keep your account active. Your estimates, templates, and client data are preserved - nothing is deleted. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused and you can reactivate it at any time.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contracts. BidMarX is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. If you're on an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the billing period.
